By creating an account or using WakaCircle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WakaCircle, and at least 18 to monetize content, sell on the marketplace, or withdraw earnings. You must give us accurate information.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your password safe, and for any content you post. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
3. Content you post
You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you grant WakaCircle a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform. You must not post content you don't have the rights to.
4. Payments, coins & gifts
Coins purchased on WakaCircle are non-refundable except where required by law. Gifts sent to creators convert to creator earnings net of our service fee. See our Refund & Dispute Policy.
5. Prohibited behavior
No illegal content, harassment, fraud, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, spam, manipulation of metrics, or circumvention of our economy. See our Community Guidelines.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or pose risk to the community.
7. Disclaimers
WakaCircle is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform safe and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from your activity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, WakaCircle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
