Outlook has two types of data storage files, Offline Storage Table (OST) and Portable Storage Table (PST). Anything in your Outlook mailbox data is stored in these two files. Use Import/Export Option to Convert OST files to PST files

Run the MS Outlook software program on your computer.
Just simply click on the File tab from the menu bar located at the top.
Next, you will see the option Open & Export. Click on that and then Import/Export.
The Import and Export Wizard is displayed. Select the option Export to a file > Next.
Next, to proceed with the export, select Outlook Data File(.pst). Click on Next.
Now, in the dialog box, choose the mailbox where you want the PST file to be saved.
Mark the option for Include subfolders. This will allow the transfer of all your email data.

Select the new PST file's desired location on your computer.
