Our house blend of the famous Karak Chai with the addition of dried ginger. You can brew this tea like any other and add milk and sugar to taste. Our recommended brewing guide for Karak Chai is to bring 1 1⁄2 cups of water to boil with 3-5 g of Karak Chai. Allow the tea to simmer. Feel free to increase the intensity of flavors by adding Cardamom and Saffron. Fresh ginger can also be added. Add sugar or another sweetener to taste. Bring the tea to rapid boil and then add 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk. Let the tea simmer until you get a rich deep color or the desired consistency. Sieve into a cup – the higher the pour of the tea into the cup, the more the aeration that you will enjoy.
